Interarchy

All of a sudden Interarchy will not complete downloading files larger than 2MB. (3 days now)
Nothing has changed on any of our systems or network.
The only new thing is installing CS6 - but that shouldn't effect Interarchy?
It will begin a download - then after 1MB - it will stall and the timer will count upwards.
1 min - 3 min - 7 min -... - 2 hours - ...
I tried toggling passive - no luck.
I installed the latest version 10 to see if that would change anything - no.

Have you tried contacting Interarchy? In my experience they were always very responsive and extremely easy to work with.

but
no response as of yet.
I will try again.
(even though I doubt it is an Interarchy problem)
