iPhone app

Just a got an iPhone so I'm new at this. I was wondering what are some good image editing apps. I downloaded the Photoshop Express app but it's way too basic and not what I expected. I need more powerful functionality, like Photoshop CS.

Any good stuff out there?

I have an App called PhotoForge, works well to reduce casts, contrast, neutralize, etc.
Editing functions like cloning or pasting are a waste of time, too small.
I believe this app was used to work color for a cover of MacWorld magazine, this is where i heard of it..

Thanks. Can you add text and can the images be saved to the phone or do they need to be uploaded somewhere?

I saw one of the reviews also mentioned Filterstorm as the Photoshop of the iPhone. When I checked those reviews quite a few people complained about crashing.

It's all relative. Most of my apps are games for me and my kids (it keeps them quiet on long road trips, heh ) so under heavy usage (maybe 4-5 total hours in a day?) it's still only a once-a-day charge for me. I've only had mine for about a month so the longest I've gone so far without recharging is 2 days. My co-worker has a dynamic background image of the Milky Way with rotating stars as wallpaper (on his Droid and he needs to recharge at the minimum once a day. Thats also the first generation Droid and battery life has been said to be improved. I also don't know if he turns off his background apps because that really kills the battery.

why?

IF you need the power of photoshop CS then use a laptop or desktop. iphone is not a replacement for this type of work.

I'm not looking to replace my desktop machine at all.

I just want some nifty tools at my disposal when I'm on the go and in a pinch.

Better than that, just download the free TeamViewer for iPhone and do your urgent stuff directly on your desktop machine through your iPhone :)

I use logmein but remote desktop on a 3G network makes baby jesus cry. :(

Those apps mentioned above don't have demos so I'll just quit being cheap and try some of them.
