I have been using Job Centro 2.0 to audit / track the jobs carried out on my KM Bizhub Press C1070 production printer. However, I noticed that when a Jpg file is printed (unlike other file formats), it is not recorded in the printer job status or list. I expected that the printer will count and record all the jobs (copy, scan or print) executed by the machine.
Anyone who is familiar with Bizhub Press C1070 machine and with experience on how to resolve this malfunction or wrong setting should please advise. This is very important to me.
