This was a Feature Request a while back, the thread seems to be gone now. Any update on whether it's able to be implemented?

Hey Slave, no we have not forgotten about that.

Jump to newest unread post and view all threads with new posts are the 2 things we are focusing on now.

thanks for the bump and nudge

we are actually in the process of evaluating some different forum packages that do have extended features. Some of the benefits we thought would be used in Jive (mainly email participation features) aren't really being used, so it might be time to move onto something else that offers more web based features.
