Katana FT-R 5055 Machine Error 30 Initialization Problem.

Can anyone help with this problem ? My image-setter Katana FT-R 5055 comes up at start up but no other functions are starting. ND Change Motor with all other Motors are not working. After some time it is showing Machine Error 30. It means the initialization process is not complete. After checking the MCON5E PCB all supplies are OK and there is no blown fuse on the MCON5E PCB.

did yuo checked the 5dc for the hard disks must be over 5.2 v
or dis connect one off the the hard disk one by one

Dear Adnan Azzam,
Thank you for your kind reply, but there is no Hard Disk with Katana FT-R 5055. The Supply is 5.22 Volt. Please advice.

I suggest to remove the Hard Drive which is Fitted under the 5 volt Power Supply , then you can start your machine, and it will perform a bit faster response but your jobs log can not be stored because there is no sorage device other than the Hard Drive
