KM C4080 can’t print straight on 13x19

We got a KM C4080 brand new about a month ago and have had quite a few issues. The number 1 issues right now being that 13x19 sheets will not print centered up and down (they are fine left to right along the 19”). We have ran the both sides scan adjustment and we get it dead on front to back and centered perfect. But when we send over a job it shifts it up so it up so the top margin is 4mm and it cuts off the image and the bottom margin is 10mm. The techs are struggling to figure this out. Anyone on here ever experience the same? Thanks!!!!

by any chance are you printing out of InDesign?

I was thinking along the same lines as @EdwardB ...possibly the program you're printing from is shifting it. To rule that out, I'd suggest importing the PDF directly into the controller (don't print from Acrobat). If it's still happening, try another file to rule out the artwork as a possibility. If all of that is ruled out, then there is a machine-level setting somewhere that you'll have to hunt for. Do you have an IQ or are you doing the both-sides adjustment manually?
