KM C4080 toner flaking issue on solids on leading edge

As attached photo - when printing on heavy stocks (300GSM and above) we've started getting flaking of solids on the leading edge (affecting as far as 12mm in from the edge)
It doesn't appear to be drum related, as it doesn't happen on light stocks, not is it colour related.
Our regular tech is on holiday and the covering techs have drawn a blank.
Any ideas/suggestions appreciated - @jwheeler perhaps?
