kodak mercury plate processor_speed not controlling

Hi

We are facing problem in our plate processor drive sensor failure error ; because of that speed not controlling for eg if we keep 1500 its not controlling it maintain the maximum speed only,

Any suggestion please

the problem was sorted out by adjusting and replugging all the cables ; past 3 days no error - so its related to cable loose or disturbacnce problem
