Kodak Trendsetter II HELP!!!

I came in this morning and went about to turn all the equipment on for the start of the day. When I turned on the power to our Kodak Trendsetter, it did not come on... the computer screen stayed in its 'power saving' mode. Does any one know how to open the doors on the Trendsetter without the computer?
This is the only plate machine we have... could use help soon!

Your problem is the PC controller - not with the Trendsetter - "power saving mode" is a message from the display itself meaning that there is no video signal. Have your computer guy look at it or call Dell for support using the TAG number.
