Komori Ink Train Diagram

I work at a yearbook printing facility and we have many tours of kids and adults come through our shop. Alot of them get very curious about how the ink travels through the rollers. I do my best to explain but I would really like a big full color poster of the ink train. The press is a Komori LS540 SP. I have the diagrams that we use for setting rollers and such but they are not really what I'm looking for. I did a google search and couldn't see anything that was even close. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi mbsharp,

Attached is the diagram that we have in house. It can be used to explain both the top and bottom units (although it should be rotated 180 degrees for bottom units).

We hope the attached diagram is able to help you. Have a wonderful evening!
