Konica C6500/6501 Rip

I was just wondering what rip everyone is using on the Konica devices. We have both the Fiery and Creo and have determined the Creo to be better for our application. For spot and custom colors we have found it easier to match on the creo as well as being able to rotate the image at the machine to imprint onto preprinted stock vs having to change it back in prepress and resend it to the machine.

6501 / IC-305 with FACI Kit, GA Premium Edition, spectrophotometer & all the options. We're impressed so far, very easy to use, lots of control on the RIP, very accurate colour so far, very fast ripping and fast on rip imposition. Only had it a month, but no problems so far that weren't "teething" related. No problems rotating the image, or pretty much anything else we've thrown at it.

We are using the Creo on our Oce cs650 (same machine). Depends on what you do day-to-day. We need repeatable and reliable color output which we could not get with the Fiery - had all the tools there were with it but could not get color stability at all. We also do high volume of VDP and VI printing and find Creo VPS to be reliable and fast. My $ .02:D
