Very good. I agree with this.

"there exists no predictability model of dampening technology that correctly allows or accounts for the influence of dampening fluid upon the primary printing process function, which is inking."

Existing situation; dampening affects inking.

With positive ink feed, inking is made independent of dampening. No model for dampening is required.
