I have an issue after sheets have gone through my Autobond laminator and then the Sakurai UV coater. If the sheets are then scored we run into an issue where the laminate seperates from the sheet in the area that it was scored. I've consulted with D&K, Nobelus and Deprosa but they haven't been very helpful. The sheets are printed on a Heidelberg XL 105 offset sheetfed press. The laminate is a 1.8mil film run at 115C with a speed of 190 inches per minute. I'm testing the sheets against the ASTM F904 standard and the average pull strength is around 6 Newton's.
