Language Translation Software for MAC

Just curious if anyone out there is using a good Language Translation software for Macs.

I found one that comes close but no cigar, as it does the alpha translation pretty well but does not do numeric translation.
Looking for the total package that will do Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Korean, etc. in both Alpha / numeric.

If nothing for a MAC, then what is the best out there for Windows platform?

I checked these out, and like most of the language translation software out there, does alpha translations very well, however does not do numeric translations.
