line on plates

iam working in a fa8 viostar platesetter using violet plates nowadays in some plates lines has been coming i cleaned the mirror then also same problem can anybody help me?

Could you describe the lines? In what direction are they? Along laser path or across transport path in the developer? The direction and other characteristics of the lines will help reveal what may be causing the problem. Something else to consider is cables and the possibility of fragmented RIP data that may give momentary interruptions in the data flow.

hai the line is along the path of laser .i know its not from devloper section because i feeded the plate in both direction in processor .but i want to why it happens so in platesetter

Is the stripe at exactly the same point each time?
Try defragmenting your hard drive on the computer that sends image data, it is easiest to start there. If it still persists you will need to check cables, which you probably need a technician to do.
