Looking for manual or info for Rapidak coater

Would like some info on this type of Rapidak coater. It's currently running fine but I have to run with the meter roller turned off other wise I get a heavy bead of coating between the chrome and the application roller, I would like some info if anyone has input. A manual would be great to have
