Lotem 400 Error 684. Communication problem.

Hello, Good morning
A problem has arisen with my system CREO Lotem 400

Message:
Communication problem: The output device doesn't fetch/ndata. Please check the output device. Error 684.

Everything turns on normally, place the plate and sent the job. After a while this error comes and goes without burning the plate.

There are no errors in the device list.

What is your front end? Brisque; prinergy; etc.
It looks like the communication between the Lotem and the Front end has a problem.It could be cable;network, amybe TSP board; etc.
