Lotem data corruption error

Hi

Iam facing data (image) corruption error in lotem 800v with 48 laser fiber head + brisque + TSP

instead of dots iam getting lines on the images here and there ..

If i do diagnostic test for tsp in brisque it shows pass no error messages but when i switch on the lotem ctp and give diagnostic test it shows fail on plotter I/F - Internal lop test fail

kindly note that if i switch on the ctp immediatel i get this error in tsp diagnostic error message fail

Can anyone help we changed tsp cable; we changed tsp board still same status
