Hi, am new to the print biz. I bought a mako 2 ctp from the USA for use in Nigeria, it came with a RAPTOR PRO 68S. The sellers told me that they have an engineer in Nigeria and the engr subsequently installed the machine. However we discovered that the plates outputed my the machine does not give impression on our kord 64 machine or any other machine. Does anybody know what could cause this ?

Possible solution

Hi If you use Agfa Lithostar Lap V plates with Lithostar plate developer and finisher ,You shoud chek temperature on the finisher bath it should be 40 degrees or higher.Try to rewash the plate your emulsion on the plete is not active.Does you finisher fresh if it not used or refresh more then 2 days is dead you have to change it.
Best Regards foliart
