Man Roland 305 - white calibration error

Does anyone know what this error means and how to fix it? "white calibration field; incorrect density value 0705237" (see pic). This code affects our sheet scanner to not start a scan, so we have to shut down press for 2 minutes and reboot for it to work again.
Any insight would be appreciated
