I have (see pic) some of that part; but i do not know where they go ?and what are they for?. I need your help.

This goes on the drive shaft of the sheet slow down (suction roller) in the delivery it hold sthe sheet up. It is in your part book under 10.11 capital 4 part number 19 the OEM part number is 010K232013.
