Is there anyone familiar with manRoland's colorpilot system?
I've came over a strange behavior of the measurement device.
In one run with one and same colorbar.
At the start of the run measurements were fine
Then at 7th measurement they're gone crazy.
Then, after 3 measurements they've return to normal.
But 3 measurements were down and that's about 900 sheets to waste.
So our pressmen claims that this happens only if colorbar starts from halftone patch.
They think that if there was solid patch first – then it would be ok for all the run.
I've read throught all the manuals on colorbars and colorpilot and didn't find any limitations to patch to start from. Only 5 mm paper and full patch (means full 3 mm wide)
Did anyone come across such problem?
