Marketing Manager III- Partner Manager at Océ North America- a Canon Group Company in
The Marketing Manager III in this position is responsible for the development of company market requirements for specific solutions. This role is specific to the partner management of pre and post sales as well as software. Develops business plans and product/solutions to enhance achievement of revenue and profit objectives. Coordinates and implements product launches and upgrades for customers and the national sales force. May also be responsible for managing customer relations as well as supporting the sales function of the company with specific customer relationship issues.

Responsibilities
• Build a partner plan and program with clear metrics
• Responsible for partner and contract management
• Develops a good working relationship with the head quarter locations in Venlo and Poing
• Keep the product portfolio fit by launching new partner products and releases
• Define pricing and pricing models supporting the PPS financial objectives set
• Manage pre-and post certification process
• Develop sales tools and deliverables necessary to bring the partner products to market
• Population management partner portfolio including the implementation of end of life strategies
• Inventory Management
• Develop Promotions & Programs which help drive the partner program products
• Provide training to the sales organization via marketing bulletin, webex, e-learning or in-class sessions
• Maintain a competitive knowledge base for relevant partner products
• Provide support for customers visiting the Customer Experience Center
• Advise on configuration set up partner products in showrooms throughout North America
• Provide expertise and support for shows where Oce Production Systems is present
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a directly related work environment.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing, sales support, or in a directly a related work environment.
• Possesses depth and breadth in product marketing field
• Possesses knowledge of assigned products, service policies and enterprise solutions.
• Possesses good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Possesses the ability to function as a matrix manager.
• Ability to build cross-functional consensus.
• Ability to develop future goal, strategies and tactics
• Good negotiation skills.
• Able to lead and motivate others.
• Some travel required (30-40%)
