KBA North America, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to work from our North American Corporate Offices in Irving, Texas. The Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management and works cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Service both here in the US and in our factories in Germany to market and support the business-to-business sales of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


•Create content for corporate identity, advertising, company literature, press releases, direct-mail campaigns, and other forms of communication including both print and digital marketing and promotional materials.


•Coordinate press releases, magazine articles, eNews, publications and other public relation activities with our public relations agency.


•Manage the company’s social media accounts including generating, editing, publishing, and sharing regular social media content for our target market.


•Work with design agency as well as independently to create marketing and product content, design, layouts, and formatting in multiple delivery methods including presentations, webinars, videos, and other formats that best meet the target audience.


•Plan and execute logistics for meetings, trade shows, and other special events which may include facility or booth set-up, food and beverage selections, arrangements of equipment and services such as audio/video, and travel.


•Order, organize, maintain, and disburse marketing and promotional material including giveaways, printed material, and trade show support.


•Collect and analyze various sales, marketing, and product data.


•Work with CRM system – Salesforce.com – for sales and marketing analysis


•Support Field Sales teams for multiple product divisions


•Support numerous trade associations with content and potential attendance.


•Work with product demonstration team and training center for holistic customer experiences.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts or other related field or a combination of education and related work experience.


•Prior experience in the graphic arts or printing industry or other related business-to-business sales and marketing support of capital equipment is desirable but not necessarily required.


•Education or experience related to digital marketing.


•Proficiency working with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Explorer, and Outlook and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database such as Salesforce.


•Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as collaboration skills.


•Occasional business travel both domestic and international required.
