metal print ? any idea

i have a new customer he own roland 2c for metal print , i don't have any experience about this kind of prints , how we must make the file (request special action like in flexo), any lpi we must use .
the printman have always strong cyan problem , and there no matching between print colors and proofs specially in blue colors .

any idea ?
