We recently purchased an MGI Meteor 8700xl press. Unfortunately the dealer that sold us the unit has closed shop due to covid. We are left having to work out the machine problems ourselves. We have tried contacting MGI UK/France but we haven't received any replies from our emails.
Anyone here familiar with these machines? We have a problem with the color output, skewing, and front/back and sheet-to-sheet registration of the machine.
