Hi,
Our company is looking to purchase this machine in a few months time. I may well be the main operator of the machine and was wondering if anyone could advise me on a few queries i have.We have Igen3,a 1000 and Nuvera 144's at the moment but we expect this new machine to open up new markets to us.
Is the machine reliable when printing on plastic materials.
How is it when trying to match Pantones ?
When sales say the toner is laser safe, is this 100% correct.
Can light weight NCR and 100gsm stock be ran without jams/misfeeds.
How does it handle envelope printing ?
How labour intensive is it ( i think it maybe more similar to a litho press than digital machine).
Does running the maximum 1020mm width create problems ?
How often does maintenance need to be carried out ?
Any other tips/warnings or general comments welcome.
