My First post, information for flexo needed

Hi all!
I'm new to the forum, for a couple of years I work on prepress environment creating plates for offset and now I've been given a task to take projects on flexo. I know that the two processes are very much different. My problem now is where i'm gonna start digging information for flexo? Can anyone please. Where can I start.
