NCR combination

I am printing a 4 part ncr set and I have the top sheet then 3 bottom sheets. The 3 bottom sheets are all la eled CFB and yet the writing does not transfer on to the last sheet. It goes through the top 2 no problem but not the last one. I have tried flipping over the bottom sheet to see if I have printed it the wrong way by mistake.

Am I missing anything obvious! I thought as long as the bottom sheets were all CFB then it would be ok

Does the bottom sheet work with the top sheet directly, take out the middle two?

CF, CFB, CFB and CFB shouldn't be a problem so it's either bottom sheet or third sheet that's the problem, the above test should narrow it down.

It’s either the middle or bottom sheet could be manufactured wrong. Or if you are printing double sided, one thing to note is that it prints the back side first and then the front after. So I turn the NCR upside down (if printing from tray5,6,7)

Well I need to admit to a schoolboy error - I picked up the wrong packet of paper and didnt check before loading the printer! Thankfully I only printed a couple of sample sheets!
