The printer's icon shows up in the "devices and printers" panel on Windows 7
and has a green check mark underneath it to show that it is the default printer.
It still doesn't print when I try to do a test print or print a file from my desktop.
Can anyone suggest something?
Thanks,
David

David, is this hooked up via a network or direct USB connection to the workstation attempting to drive the printer? If USB, try to turn spooling off and send the print data direct. Does the printer driver have a utility function for head cleaning, banding etc? If so, does that talk to the printer? Are you running on a 32 or 64 bit OS? Is the driver supported by the OS, do you receive any warning message about the driver not being approved for the OS when you install?
