Neopost/Quadient DS-xxi BCR Configuration Sheet

If anyone has the ability to create one of these for me, I'd really appreciate it. From what I understand the BCR Config Sheets are created with software packages called OMS-200/500 or Impress (???) Of which, I don't have. The 'Edit BCR Config' button on the settings screen is ghosted, so we can't change it manually. Is enabling this a setting in the Service login?? This is on a DS-75i with advanced reader license.

I need a 2d barcode (datamatrix)
2 digit each N of M
3 digit SheetSeq
3 digit GroupSeq
32 char CustID
