Canon has announced the PRISMAsync Print Server Mark 8 for the imagePRESS Series: C10010VP, C10000VP, C910 and the varioPRINT 140. The DFE is embedded with the G7 Certified System, combining in-RIP G7 calibration with an embedded color profiler to create consistent, predictable output.
This latest version introduces a color management feature—Automated Color Tasks Tool—combining multiple color management functions into a single, customizable action. Operators are able to combine press linearization, G7 calibration & media color profiling of all press-loaded stocks into a single, automated make-ready function.
