we are thinking to begin digital print business in our region there is not started yet this business , but we concern about costs and turnover , our market is don't have much quantity but the problem is costs of analog print is very cheap like for gto print 50x35 cm 44 USD print costs just .
any hope in this price range and what about machines and spare parts ans ink costs in digital .
thanks in advance for your inputs .

The market you will most likely capture is the short run market. Yes, 50x35 prints on a GTO are very reasonable, but if you only need 200 copies of a full color brochure, it's not reasonable at all. Your aim should not be to compete with offset printing on price, but to capture that part of the market that can't be printed economically on offset. There are many small quantity jobs that are just too expensive to put on a press.

You can print short-run brochures, flyers, invitations, business cards that will look much better than those coming off somebody's inkjet printer, etc. You can print envelopes on some printers.

If you get a leased machine, you'll pay a click charge, so much per print, which pays for any service on the machine, parts and consumables, including toner. All you pay for is the paper.

You need to check with dealers in your area and see what they can offer based on your expected volume. Also make sure they have service techs in your area. You don't want a machine down for two days waiting for a tech.

what about average machine prices and click charge any inputs ????

It varies widely with manufacturer, machine, and region. Your estimated average print volume will make a difference also. Get quotes from as many dealers as you can. Be sure to tell each one that you are getting bids. They give you a better deal when they know they have competition. And get each bid in writing.
