The VIEW application delivers quick calculations to capture quotes on an assortment of print production types & aspects, including: size, page count, paper, printing, finishing and quality.
Using an intelligent algorithm, VIEW generates enhanced production scenarios for each possible product selection—calculated ink usage, media use, printer & finishing run times, roll width & sheet size and best imposition options. Updates and product information are initiated at login to help ensure users have the latest information, and allows PDF information & data to remain on a user’s local system.
Straightforward administration enables super-users to set print products, paper, prices, margins, etc., allowing sales teams to promptly estimate ink usage for almost any PDF application. If parameters change throughout the estimation process, VIEW can recalculate the quote to the most cost-efficient pricing.
