Nexus 8.6 rev 5 connection to Nexus Manager

Hi
has anyone had a server error from 'Control' to 'Nexus Manager', so that Nexus manager could not view any files or access for dot spy? I've attempted to upload a jpg to show the problem

Is Nexus Manager the same version as Nexus?
Did you try asking Esko Customer Support <[email protected]>

Hi thanks for your reply, yes an esko engineer called and linked vie team viewer & saw we had wifi & cable ethernet open. he closed the wifi and then Nexus Manager worked
