Numbering software layout Question

Good morning Forum. Just took delivery of a new Graphic Whizard. Slitter needs a different layout than using the cutter.
Need numbers to run consecutively down the columns on the 18 inch side of a 12 x 18 sheet. We have Numbering Star
software, but will get whatever we need. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

What exactly do you need to do? Is it something like

down the side of the sheet? I have been doing a crazy amount of numbering with a new client lately and I have been using Number Press. I am unfamiliar with Numbering Star.
