Hi, there's a problem with uploading firmware from PC to your setter, sometimes restarting CBootp service helps. There is an script in C:\creo\firmware : CBootp_Restart.Cmd , give it a try.

taking the CTP out of boot state might need a Service Dongle to Connect to CTP Board, Also there is a Kodak Procedure to take GMCE board out of Boot state if Network Port is not Damaged on CTP Board Side
