Hi,
we have an Heidelberg prosetter 102 with prinect metadimension. I have a problem and hope someone can help.
when printing plates I sometimes get an offline message, this doesn't happen each time. some days not other days frequently some less
does anyone no how I can solve this problem???

I would check your network. We have had a problem from time to time with our network dropping the signal.

where do you have the off line message, in the GUI or in Speedwat Engine (Metadimension)

I do not get an error message... most of the time my network icon on my desktop has a red X.
