? on Red X's on Refined Pages

Sorry if this has been asked before, couldn't find it in a search.
In Thumbnail view in Prinergy Workshop, a job's pages have a red x on them.
They have not failed in any way and process normally. There are no black x's on the subpages themselves.
The only difference with pages without the x's, are that the fonts are embedded as subsets.
Pages with the fonts all embedded do not have the red x's, only ones that have fonts embedded as subsets.
Is this correct?

Hi Randall

That's odd, the red X is sometimes used when requiring color approval in Insite. Do you have Insite? If so click on Edit Properties under the job summary tab. Uncheck the Require Color Approval checkbox and see if that helps.

I know this is late in coming, but the red x problem has been resolved.
We have a preflight with the refine, and if a page errors on the preflight, it marks red x's on all the pages. It doesn't fail the refine, but one of our preflight checks has errored.

Thanks to all.
