No, no, you've missed the obvious.
We fire you all, and pay an employment agency to hire you back and we avoid all those messy 'employee' things like benefits etc. going forward.
THEN we can get the shady new ownership etc. without exposing anyone but the 'employees' 'independent contractors' to the downside of bad management.
They teach this in all the best business management classes, right?
