Does anyone know of users using this system? Is it any good? Please let me know if you know of any alternatives.

I saw them at Drupa 2008. Seems OK Online Artwork have 3 options which one were you interested in?
I saw another option by a german company but it was fairly expensive (Bunder Software) It doesnt allow free canvas design like online artwork does. Also creating templates seems easier in online artwork.

Rubina,

My advice is take a good look at what they have to offer. Ask questions like - Is the product ASP? ( Hosted solution) or do you have to buy your own servers (cost!) also is there any other charge of template creation software like Pageflex. All these things add up.

I hadnt heard of Online Artwork but from what i can gather it is total turnkey solution. If thats what you are looking for then get speaking to them and ask for a demo.

You should also have a look at TribalSketch. It has complete free form browser based design with true layered print ready PDF server side production. It now also has "flipbook" proofing.
