Other Photobook Binding Solution like Powis Parker and Fastbind

Hi Everyone,

We are developers of an offline software solution for the photobook and book on demand business. We often get request froms smaller printing houses how to do photobook binding, without investment in expensive machines. We know the systems from Powis Parker and Fastbind.
Does anybody know some other solutions ?

we also want to do short-run hardcover book binding and are looking at the fastbind system OTHER sugetions?

MGI showed a prototype photobook machine at Drupa and again at a show in France a few months later. It appears to be a solution more for retail applications but may be an option.

On Demand Machinery(ODM) has equipment for higher end books featuring things like side sewing. Intended for someone that wants to do more then just a book here or there companies like Shutterfly have multiple lines of their equipment.
