several times we have overprint or multply issue in illustrator and indesign especially when we use pantone colors under the overprint text , anyone suffer like this problems

overprint issue? Could you describe whet is an issue? It is sometimes hard to know what is an issue and what is a feature, and I think it will be a while till we get the "don't do what I tell you but rather what I want" feature.

Using multiply AND overprint is a bit of mixing ld and new school.
If you are refering to greying in between as spotcolur merges with a transparent object, yes it is a tricky issue and would/should be affected by the dotgain of the spotcolours. If you have a higher dotgain specified than actual you will get the blend looking bland in the crossover.
Try changing colour settings so that dotgain is 10-15% to get a better overlapp betwen process and spot.

Like Lukas Engqvist said we need more details.
But plz remember that overprint and multiply are completely different. And you can never use them together on the same object.
Overprint is oldscool (postscript language), the alternative for overprint is Darken and not Multiply. We have been testing here allot in our WF, and we are stepping over now from overprint to Darken, the results are very satisfying.

you are right i must decribe the problem little bit , but note this problems has apear on some files only !
example : there is a text (reflex blue) and it's have overprint attribute on light orange background on the seperation without reflx blue you still see the text as darker orange
i hope this is enough

If you mean that on the orrange sepparation you see the overprinted tekst as darker orange than the background, I suggest you look if the reflex blue texten does have overprint and multipy, if so that would explain it.
You change that to only overprint or only Darken, that should resolve your problem.

Overprint, multiply and Darken…Â*well blendmodes are affected by colour model. And yes darken is Overprint as it takes the darkest value of each colour…Â*which is what overprint does.
