Pantone libraries still available...

Maybe not in Adobe's apps, however, I've just downloaded the Serif Graphics V2 suite of apps and in Publisher V2 you can select Pantone colors. Perhaps worth checking out or even switching from InDesign (Publisher can read InDesign files)?

The compatibility path between Indesign and Publisher is the export from Indesign of an IDML file for import in Publisher.

The fan decks in Publisher 2.0 do not include the Cotton TCX deck, which is what Pantone references for their "Color of the Year". Not sure if this holds any actual importance in print design.
