Paper Cutter Recommendation

Hi! I'm starting up a small graphic design business and am looking for a paper cutter (guillotine or rotary) recommendation. I need something that is precise, relatively easy to use, space efficient, and less than $2K. It's ok if it can't handle large stacks of paper. I'd be happy if it could even cut 10-20 invites at a time. Anything beyond that would be great.

Do you have any recommendations?

Additionally, I came across a craigslist posting for a "Fully Automatic Triumph Electric Paper Cutter Model #201". Does anyone have any familiarity with this product?

Thanks so much for your help!
