Hi All

The process is for Phone card which get personalised at a later date

1 - UV Yellow
2 - UV Peelback black
3 - UV Cyan
4 - UV Magenta
5 - UV peelback opaque white
6 - UV peelback opaque white
7 - UV peelback rollercoat sun chemical

Three end of press lamps to cure

The Black becomes a jelly (as is not dried - it cant be dried due to the process of personalisation...), the black is setting off 80000 sheets down the pan

Anyone have experience if this....or peelable ink etc

Thanks

Dan
