has anyone out there used the perfing dies from HSBoyd on a newer LS Komori perfecting press with the ceramic jackets......preferably perfing in the coater unit.I need help convincing my owner that we should be doing this........we have big runs of 500,000 imps+ on jobs coming up. I am currently running 4/c form@15m hr 70#offset on LS840P then putting it back through older (1987)4/c komori to use the die system I have on this press... I can run up to 3/c and perf on this old machine @ about 10Mhr but now most of my orders are 4,5,6,colors with these big runs...... just need to show owner other people are using this perf system to ease his mind..........thanks steve
