Pittop 13 - change font

I am upgrading form 13 to 13.1 as we speak, but I do not think that will change this question.
I have a font (true type zapf dingbats)
It ALWAYS subsets, and even if you tell it to embed all fonts, it remains subset.

I want to select this font by EAL. I have both fonts turned on on my machine -
Zapf Dingbats Regular (TT) and Zapf Dingbats (Postscript), and finally Zapf Dingbats PS

The action list allows me to select the font, but when I substitute, nothing happens.
The product I want here? I want my pdf to have some form of Zapf Dingbats as a full embed.
