Hello, greetings to all!
We are using in our company imported thermal plates, We are using in our company imported thermal plates, some customers report defects after the conventional static oven baking, they fall. Mainly plates 0.15 (510x400) are simply peeling when you start printing in the off-set. Layer leaves into small pieces as it broke or trincasse leaving dozens of holes in the area of graphics. Already tested with chemical solution furnace Kodak and Fuji, the cooking time is 3 min with approximately 230 Gauss. Already with larger plaques 0.30're not having the same problem.
Someone has a history of working with sheet metal fires that have gone through this problem to show us a solution?
