Plate Edge Naming

I'm struggling to know how to correctly label a plate, what are the edges called? Does someone have a diagram of a plate with the correct name for each edge on it?

Gripper--Tail--Drive side--Operator side.

 

[HPC]

Lead, tail, operator, gear side. We only lable lead edge.
